5 star recipes, however, the pages are a little short. By short I mean the actual book is smallish in stature which is annoying when turning pages and reading. If it wasn't for that design issue then this would be a 5 star rating.For the recipes; beautiful, inspiring and very, very difficult. Just how it should be.
If you are a passionate chef and you love cuisine you have to buy this book. The format have been reduced from the original that was also more expensive. Personally I love this book and the new food philosophy.The Roca's Brothers are incredible, Jordi is the most awarded pastry chef.
This book is great even if you're not a professional chef. If you just want to be inspired by food.
Small type and overly busy makes the book difficult to read. It doesn't do justice to the restaurant it comes from.
Great book, detailed and easy to follow. Can't come close to preparing everything but it's a good start:)
